I really want this, to lose weight, be fitter and stronger but my big problem is sticking to things. Typically I am initially really enthusiastic and focused and then after a few weeks seem to lose my way. Been a yoyo dieter for years…….
Hi Pam thanks for your very valid comment – I think many of us can relate. That’s why I love the focus we have which is on health first and healthy balanced food for our stage of life – not about deprivation which is often what causes us to lose focus – if we are depriving ourselves and hungry we will eventually give out and give up. This is about learning a new way of living and eating that is sustainable – keeping things balanced in the real world. And building lean muscle that starts doing the job of weight loss for us. If you have been a yoyo dieter for years chances are your metabolism is not working optimally and we need to get that healed first – our program is designed to give your metabolism the re-set it needs.
